Silicone Hose, 1/2" I.D. 180 degree Elbow, 4" Legs

Our silicone hose is built for endurance and performance in custom coolant and intake plumbing applications. Each hose is hand-crafted from multiple layers of silicone rubber with polyester reinforcing fabric between the layers. The silicone rubber remains flexible and tough from -50° C to +180° C (-76° F to 356° F).

These 180 degree elbows have a 1/2" ID and a smooth, shiny "wipe-down" finish. Legs measure approximately 4 inches long (measured from the centerline of the U-bend). Leg spacing is 3 3/4" (95mm) center-to-center (1 7/8" centerline bend radius). The 3-ply reinforcement results in a working pressure rating in excess of 80 psi and a 4mm wall thickness (21mm / 13/16" OD). Use our Hose Joiners (HJ13) and our Lined Hose Clamps (Part No. 3613-1.00) to construct the exact shapes you need.

Note: This hose is NOT formulated for use in oil or fuel plumbing applications. It will survive occasional spills and oil leaks, but it will not stand up to continuous exposure to petroleum.
