Silicone Hump Hose, 1 inch ID

Our silicone hose is built for endurance and performance in custom turbo intake plumbing applications. Each hose is hand-crafted from multiple layers of silicone rubber with polyester reinforcing fabric between the layers. The silicone rubber remains flexible and tough from -50° C to +180° C (-76° F to 356° F). The outside has a smooth, shiny, "wipe down" finish that is easy to keep clean.

These hump connector hoses have a 25mm ID to provide a flexible coupling between two 1" OD tubes. The 3-ply reinforcement results in a 4.5mm wall thickness (34mm / 1 3/8" OD) and a working pressure rating over 39 psi (199 psi burst pressure). Overall length 4" (102mm). Use with our Lined Hose Clamps (Part No. 3613-1.75).



Silicone hose is for use on intake systems only. It is NOT for use on exhaust! Exceeding the temperature rating of 356°F will destroy it.
