How to Order Custom Silicone Hoses

1. Send us a dimensioned drawing of your desired shape (or send us a sample hose), along with a brief description of its intended use (coolant hose, fuel filler hose, hot-side CAC hose, etc) and the quantity required.
2. We will send back a price quote (typically in less than a week). If a sample or basic sketch is provided instead of a drawing, we will include an engineering drawing for your approval.

3. On payment of a deposit (typically 50% of the order total), the factory will build the tooling.

4. If you sent in a dimensioned sketch, the factory will build a pre-production prototype.
5. On approval of the prototype (if necessary), the factory will begin production.

6. When your order is in our warehouse and ready to ship, we will collect payment for the balance.

Production time is normally 8 to 12 weeks after production begins, depending on quantity and complexity.

Note that most custom hose orders require a minimum order quantity (typically 100 pieces) to offset the cost of new tooling. Multiple colors can be combined to make up the MOQ, as long as they can use the same tooling.

Examples:

  • 50 Black, 30 Blue, and 20 Red X-shaped hoses adds up to 100 pieces.
  • 50 X-shaped hoses, 30 Y-shaped hoses, and 20 Z-shaped hoses does not.
  • Smaller production runs are sometimes possible; in these cases, the cost of the tooling will be added to the invoice.
  • Custom hose orders require a deposit (typically 50%) before tooling is built.
  • Custom hose orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
